Timothy R. Piatt has been practicing law since 1988. He is a graduate of Kent State University and the University of Akron School of Law. He has been admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Ohio, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals (Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky and Tennessee). He is a member of the American Bar Association – Labor and Employment Law Section, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Stark County Bar Association and the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance.
Attorney Piatt’s 30+ years of experience include Pension and Health and Welfare Benefits Law, General Employment Law, and Discrimination Law. Tim is also a U.S. Navy Veteran.
